I’ve held off on giving this review for nearly a year. I thought the few flaws I saw in the job this business did in installing LVP in my home were small oversights that I could live with. A year later I’m finding so many flaws that I can only conclude at this juncture that the work done was just pure lack of attention to detail. If you are a person who expects attention to detail, this may not be the work crew for you. They left off quarter round in many places. There are several spots where the LVP was not cut properly and there are gaps between the flooring and quarter round/wall/baseboards. They failed to lay threshold covers in between doorways. There are spots that are peeling up in the corner of the LVP. It has only been about a year since installed and I am sorely disappointed in the lack of care and attention provided when the floors were installed. If you value the integrity and beauty of your home and are looking for a crew/business who values the same, do not choose Bob’s Carpet to install your flooring. It is not high-end and they don’t cater to homeowners who desire perfection, or anywhere close to it. The photo in this review is only one example. Brandon and Brady were very professional and did a fantastic job putting in the new floors upstairs and down! My husband and I were in a real pinch to get some carpet installed. He sent Brandon out to install my carpet. He did an awesome job! The price was so reasonable. Brandon was so polite.
